Carlene is not taking new clients at this time, she is currently on sabbatical.
Carlene, one of our Soul Companions, has a passion for connecting women’s broken stories to the redemptive and healing nature of God. She has a gift of engaging deeply in the life stories of those she meets with. Meeting you right where you are in your story, she is committed to listening and caring for you. To counsel with her is a unique God healing experience.
Carlene has completed the Foundations of Biblical Counseling program offered by the Christian Counseling Education Foundation’s School of Biblical Counseling (www.ccef.org). Her comprehensive studies have given her the education in Biblical Counseling for all ages and stages of life.
Over the years she has attended and facilitated various groups for women. Her desire to learn more about connecting God and women in a counseling setting led her to join a yearlong internship at Monte Vista Chapel within the department of Christian Counseling. This internship is what inspired her to further her education.
Carlene is married to her husband, Josh, and they have four daughters. She loves all things food, nature, and deep conversations.
