Aimee served on Pastoral Staff at Monte Vista Chapel from 2010-2020, overseeing a variety of ministries focusing on families, children, parenting, young mothers and counseling. In 2021 she stepped out of that role to become the full time Director of Chapel Soul Care. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University in 2005, and then a double Masters of Arts in Counseling and Masters of Arts in Theology from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2009. In 2017, Aimee spent her Sabbatical developing a community care and counseling center ministry plan that today lives and breathes as Chapel Soul Care. Witnessing wholehearted change and transformation among her many clients over the years, Aimee is very grateful to be used by God as a counselor.
In addition to her accredited education, Aimee is a certified Christian Conciliator through Peacemaker Ministries; a founding developer of "Tree House Club" - a local ministry to children experiencing fractures in their families, as well as the director of Monte Vista Chapel's Life Recovery ministry for those personally experiencing or recovering from addiction.
Aimee is married to her husband, Bob, who is a missionary with Near Frontiers, reaching international students and refugees with the Love of Christ. Together they have 5 grown daughters, 3 son-in-laws and a grandson and granddaughter. For fun Aimee enjoys watercoloring, hiking and cooking.
